DF100 & TYPE C/CD

DF100 and TYPE C/CD is a multilayer cast PTFE films produced using a proprietary process. Cast PTFE based material is made up of very thin layers which have been individually deposited, sintered and fused together to produce a material with more uniform properties than what can be achieved by any other manufacturing process.

Versiv develops custom application testing based on each of our partner’s product uses in order to create the best possible solution. Some tests that are included but are not limited to environmental, durability, and reliability testing to give you peace of mind making sure that products work in the hardest environments.
