Versiv PTFE-Coated Porous materials are tightly woven fiberglass fabrics, lightly coated to allow for specific airflows of 5 – 60 CFM in dryer belts and bleeder cloths.

The smooth yet-porous surface prevents composite materials, such as resins or fiberglass, from sticking to the mold or tooling. This non-stick characteristic simplifies the demolding process, reducing the risk of damage to the composite part and minimizing the need for mold release agents.
