"I'm enjoying being part of Versiv. The culture here is very positive and there is a real emphasis on growth, collaboration, teamwork and professional development. I originally started with the company on work placement and have enjoyed working here ever since. I became Lead Technician on Versiv film material, having worked in this specific area over the past year.

I find Versiv to be a highly supportive work environment, with excellent training opportunities, helping me strengthen my overall skillset.”

Kevin A. Hill
Shift Manager

"I Joined the company in 1989 and am approaching 35 years’ service. Starting off as a Tower Operator I gradually worked my way up to the position of Shift Supervisor. My chief responsibility at Versiv is to ensure operational health and safety. I also assess the quality of products from the Towers, making sure that they meet customer specifications.

My role has involved trips abroad, chiefly the US and UK to observe best practices by other companies. I have witnessed a lot of investment in our company in terms of equipment and training. I’ve really enjoyed my long service and love the new challenges that we have had to face over the years."

Digital Design Specialist

“When I joined Versiv, my role was also new to the company. Within two years I established myself and my area of expertise expanded. I really enjoy the added responsibilities. The variety of projects, agility within the teams, and problem-solving, collaborative mentality make it a fulfilling place to work.

There is a great mix of people - some with decades of experience and others here just a few years. I think the training, opportunities and overall culture explain why people tend to stay.

I enjoy both the flexibility of working from home, and the social aspect when in the office. Versiv is a positive, helpful, inclusive work environment and I feel valued, respected, and comfortable in my own skin working here."
