CL10

CL10 is part of the Versiv family of flexible, non-porous, PTFE composites that combine the features of multi-layer fluoropolymer cast film with the mechanical properties of fibreglass-reinforced fabric. This product combines a fully sintered PTFE surface with excellent barrier and release properties. CL10 is particularly designed for thermal cycling and harsh chemical applications. Common applications include: release sheets for heat sealing; equipment on packaging lines and platen press covers; lightweight belting for rubber extrusion lines.

Versiv develops custom application testing based on each of our partner’s product uses in order to create the best possible solution. Some tests that are included but are not limited to environmental, durability, and reliability testing to give you peace of mind making sure that products work in the hardest environments. Our testing begins during the co-development process to develop relevant tests and gather data that allows us to create market-ready solutions quickly.
