CL10 is part of the Versiv family of flexible, non-porous, PTFE composites that combine the features of multi-layer fluoropolymer cast film with the mechanical properties of fibreglass-reinforced fabric. This product combines a fully sintered PTFE surface with excellent barrier and release properties. CL10 is particularly designed for thermal cycling and harsh chemical applications. Common applications include: release sheets for heat sealing; equipment on packaging lines and platen press covers; lightweight belting for rubber extrusion lines.

DF1100 is a multilayer cast PTFE film, fully fused with one surface modified to render it receptive to many conventional adhesives, elastomers, resins and potting compounds. The surface treatment was developed to assure that its application over pure PTFE would not degrade or discolor the basic film. After surface treatment, the PTFE film loses none of its excellent physical and electrical characteristics, expect that the surface treatment results in a natural color which does not affect any of the desired properties. DF1200 is DF1100 laminated to 2 mils of acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive.

DF100 and TYPE C/CD is a multilayer cast PTFE films produced using a proprietary process. Cast PTFE based material is made up of very thin layers which have been individually deposited, sintered and fused together to produce a material with more uniform properties than what can be achieved by any other manufacturing process.

DF1700 is a heat bondable multilayer cast fluoropolymer film produced using a proprietary process. These films have a PTFE core with a thin layer of FEP or PFA on one surface. Double bondable (DB) films are also available.

Versiv MR is a family of films combining the chemical inertness and universal non-stick properties of PTFE polymers with maximum conformability and heat resistance. They are specifically designed to be used in composite molding applications

DF2919 is a polyimide-based composite coated with fluoropolymer. Durable and lightweight, it offers extra wear resistance and excellent insulation properties. With its very low, consistent coefficient of friction, this product is used in very demanding applications such as electronics, automotive and medical.

SP202 is a very lightweight Versiv PTFE-coated glasscloth used in specialist applications where a minimum thickness is required.

CF203 BT is a Versiv PTFE-coated fibreglass fabric with an etch coating on one side.

CF303 is a Versiv PTFE-coated fibreglass fabric.

CF203 is a highly-competitive Versiv PTFE-coated glasscloth that provides excellent release and chemical resistant properties.
